lovely blog! enjoyed very bit of it especially the shell game which is entirely new to my knowledge! i guess it isn't played anymore now that children have a conflict to play with! the photographs ad to the charm and make the saunter worthwhile 🙂

My family is from Chinkral Mohalla in Habba Kadal. Though the house is no longer with us, is there any way I can get hold of some pictures as I want to show it to my children.
You mean the photo show in this post is of your erstwhile house? If yes, I may have some more pics. Also, i would suggest do take your children to Kashmir and show them the place.
